credit card debt lawsuits
"I can be sued for credit card debt from 2002 in the State of Arizona?
Simmons received was used to schedule I was sued by the credit card debt in November 2002. If I did research on the law in Arizona right SOL is 3 years, then I answer this demand and have abandoned this right if the Sun is correct?
Yes we can challenge the validity of the debt if it is actually three years, most parts of 6 or even seven years. Be smart in your reply. Anything else that you can display on who will defend his case will be very useful. If you are sued by the company credit cards, no doubt you have been called by many representatives of this company. There are federal laws that can not cross. They can not contact you before 8 o'clock. not can communicate with you after 9:00. You can not talk to any member of the family, without your written permission. They can not threaten to leave your home, or threaten to take property, and if they threatened to send someone to your house for you, or if said sending the police to her home, have exactly five days to do so. If the police did not have reached that period of five days after the threat, which have violated the rules of fair debt collection. You should be able to provide a strong defense for you. Two years ago, a credit card company actually said the move court to dismiss the case without prejudice against me. I have not heard talk about them since. I have not used an attorney. Remember, building a solid argument. Do not rely solely on the SOL, but to collect as much as you can make your case on your way. Be as professional as possible if you go the courtroom without a lawyer. It seems that judges are more open to the defendant in the case credit card, as in the past. Like most of the cases come to court some judges may find that many people can not be wrong, and that Credit card companies have exceeded their limits. Good luck with your case.
