balance card credit transfer and the Financial Ombudsman?

Having an existing credit card with Abbey, which has requested a again 13 months 0%. Throughout that none of the Abbey told me you can not transfer to the Abbey of Abbey. "A" filed a complaint, they could not fix it so I went to the Ombudsman of Finance, who are still deliberating, I urge the Abbey to pay interest 13 months that I would have saved if the balance transfer has been activated. Has anyone had similar contacts with a company credit card and there is a website of the history of the financial details of the Ombudsman previous complaints.

Unfortunantly helps a lot but can not give you a small piece of information that might help further down the road. When the FOS does not take a decision that binds the abbey, but not you! So if it goes against to remain seized of this matter in the courts of law are probably only Abbey to pay more instead of bad publicity. lucky
