What is the interest rate on credit cards lower than I can ask?

Currently I have a credit card at 17.99% April. I had almost a year. 11 months to be exact. I want to go to a card lower interest rate. Does anyone know a good card for low interest rates?

It depends on your own, but give a try of Washington Mutual, Bank One Capital or orchard. All I recently gave a 0% APR for 12 months. With Washington Mutual help if you have a checking or savings account with them since then things that you can pay directly online.
